Do you feel fully connected to yourself and to your life?
You might be feeling like you're struggling to find meaning and or connection - to yourself, others and to the world at large. Perhaps you're struggling to build meaningful connected relationships, feeling lonely or trying to find that spark and a "why" in your career. Asking yourself the question of "is this all there is to life" and not liking the answer you give yourself internally.
S​ometimes the disconnection from yourself can look like you struggling to communicate your feelings and needs to your partners, family and friends. You might struggle to recognise your emotions and struggle to express these leaving you feeling isolated and having arguments leaving you feeling deflated.

All of that might be bringing up anxiety, loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, feelings of loss and a bit of paralysis as to "what do I do".

We, as humans, are very complex and this disconnection from yourself can manifest on multiple levels.
You might find yourself grappling with feelings of:

Disconnection: A sense of isolation from others or feeling misunderstood.

Anxiety and Uncertainty: Overwhelming thoughts about the future, purpose, or identity.

Meaninglessness: Questioning the significance of your actions and choices.

Restlessness: A persistent feeling of being unfulfilled or stuck in life.

Emotional Distress: Experiencing sadness, frustration, or hopelessness as you navigate these complex feelings.
These feelings can be deeply unsettling, leaving you with a profound sense of confusion and vulnerability.

Setting healthy boundaries... communicate your needs and wishes to others
Choosing people you truly want to be in a relationship with
Asking for help abd communicating your needs
Stopping when you're tired
Connecting with and feeling your emotions and having your needs met so you end up eating when you crave love instead
Feeling safe and secure in your body
​And collecting a few or many of these ways we disconnect from ourselves can eventually lead to constant background anxiety (and possibly obsessions, phobias, fears, intrusive thoughts), feeling numb, hopeless, helpless, and substituting what we truly desire for substitutes and addictions.
